Coating system for Diatomite Filters from Systems-Flexcontainer.

Dustless handling of the diatomite from a Flexcontainer to coat diatomite filters.

The metering device for the diatomite is connected to the slide valve of the container. The desired amount of diatomite is selected on the control panel. With the start of the coating procedure, the water or the fluid to be filtered flows through the suspension tank. It is then mixed with the diatomite metered from the container and conveyed to the filter by a pump.

Suspension unit consists of:

• suspension tank with nozzle system and level control
• Suspensor d160 with humidification shower nozzles
• flushing water supply with control valve, flow control, pressure control
• Suspensions conveying with centrifugal pump and flow control
• Optical monitoring of the dosing of the diatomite

• Program selector for 8 operating and test programs

• input for external switch off and dosing control
• fault remote control with non volt contact
