Container GR 150

The Container GR 150 was developed especially for applications with higher chlorine consumption. This 150 kg storage system can be used with all GRANUDOS 45/100 models.

Storage container

• Closed dust-tight bin made of PP
• Welded construction with adjustable support legs and connecting flange for assembly
• System for fasting by screw to the trunnion of the GRANUDOS 45/100
• Equipped with three inspection glasses to control the filling level visually in addition to the empty switch
• For maintenance reasons a gate valve is installed at lower container cone
• If a GRANUDOS should be upgraded the existing dosing unit could be used

Drum support

• Turnable drum support for use with all commercial drum (40-45 kg)
• The filling hopper to be screwed on drum. This will be fastened at the drum support at the floor, lifted with the lifting device and rotated
• The drum will be lowered when above the container. The filling hose will be engaged to the upper mouth of the container
• After opening the filling hopper gate valve the granulated chlorine will flow dust-free to the storage container

Electric crane with trolley

• Lifting power 150 kg
• The lifting device will be used for lifting the drum support. The electric crane will be operated with operator button.
• Expandable rail system for the crane will be available
